Mr. Lucky secured Jack Lugar's place in the  Warner Bros. Workshop. Ray Barone, a newspaper sportswriter from Long Island seemingly has it all. Ray lives with his wife, their daughter, and their twin sons. However, Ray's parents and brother live across the street. Ray's obnoxious mom and indifferent dad frequently stop by unannounced frustrating Ray and especially Debra. Ray often finds himself in the middle of some problem with his jealous brother Robert.
